Rent terms
When you make a booking, you automatically accept these rental terms, so please read them carefully before booking.
Renter: HikeHire Sweden AB organisation number 559169-4384, reffered to renter bellow. Lessee: You who rent, referred to as lessee bellow. Rental period: From the time the equipment are received until they are returned. § 1. You as a lessee are responsible for the equipment you rent from us during the entire rental period, except if you have chosen and paid for rental insurance, in which case the renter will cover all repair costs that may occur if the equipment rented is damaged in an accident . However, the insurance does not cover fire damage or theft. § 2. In case of damage or loss of any product during the rental period, the lessee is charged for repair costs and any impairment or purchase of equal / equivalent product. The renter is responsible for normal wear and tear. § 3. Non-returned product or if the product has been replaced with a similar product, is equivalent to theft and will be reported to the police. § 4. The renter owns the equipment. The lessee may not lend, sell, pledge, rent or transfer the products without a written consent from the renter. § 5. Extension of rental period must be approved by the renter before the end of the regular rental period. Otherwise, 500:- will be charged per day, in addition to the usual rental cost. § 6. The rental price is always paid when booking. As long as no other agreement is reached. § 7. Return policy
